Welcome to the home of Colombians Hockey and Cricket Club.
The Club was established in Guernsey
in 1999 for like minded hockey players to get together and, amongst other things, play hockey.
We soon got bored during the summer months and missed each other so much that we set up a Cricket club.

Colombians Cricket was set up as an excuse to spend more time at the Rockmount during those romantic long summer evenings. Unfortunately it turned out we were pretty good at it, and we now have 2 teams and we are continuing to go from strength to strength.

During their first season Colombians achieved a great result by placing third in Premier Division 4, narrowly missing out on promotion to Division Three.

However, in the 2003 season, through some enterprising batting and some unorthodox bowling they went one better and secured second spot and promotion to Division Three.

The 2004 season I think saw them win whatever league they were in, but it turned out to be a school boy error. With the leagues rearranged they ended up playing the 2005 season at Victoria Avenue, about as far from the Rockmount as you can get! But its not all bad as the 20 yard boundaries square of the wicket mean many lost balls for their opponents.
